Obituary for Susanna Lee "SuziQ" Garrett (Stoekl)

Susanna Lee “SuziQ” Garrett, age 75, of Mascoutah, died Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at St. Elizabeht’s Hospital in O’Fallon. She was born August 30, 1942 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of the late Jacob Joseph and Lillian W. (Huebscher) Stoekl. She married Ralph Butler Garrett. He preceded her in death March 3, 1999.

Surviving are four children: James A. (Sharon) Garrett of Orlando, FL, Lisa A. Tripp of Eden, GA, Brenda M. (David) Yingling of Mascoutah and John B. Garrett of Batesburg, SC; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one brother, John Jacob (Peggy) Stoekl of Milwaukee, WI.

Mrs. Garrett’s wishes were to be cremated. Her ashes will be interred in West Virginia at a later date.
